To initiate a support process please use our Support Form. Using this convenient tool you can:
- request service in case a product failure occurs;
- report a shipment issue such as a missing or wrong item;
- request a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) to return goods to Control-X Medical. (Please note that, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, in case of failing to return defective parts within thirty (30) days Control-X Medical may invalidate the warranty and those non-returned parts will be charged to Reseller.)
